About The Role
In this role, you will design and implement innovative, AI-enabled business processes that help organizations operate more intelligently and responsibly. You will act as a subject matter expert, working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive transformation through Agentic Design, risk mitigation, and change enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Design new business processes aligned to customer requirements and strategic objectives
Analyze current operational states to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement innovative solutions using established methods, tools, and Accenture assets
Apply Agentic Design principles to create scalable, responsible, and intelligent operating models
Implement programs and interventions that prepare organizations for change and adoption
Collaborate with colleagues to refine processes, solve complex problems, and improve overall effectiveness
Contribute insights and solutions during team discussions, helping address work-related challenges
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant roles such as process design, AI-enabled transformation, or consulting
Master proficiency in Agentic Design principles and application
Expert proficiency in AI Hallucination Detection and Mitigation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in team environments
Preferred Qualifications
Master proficiency in KYC Compliance
Advanced proficiency in AI Prompting
Advanced proficiency in Risk Management
Intermediate proficiency in Process Improvement methodologies
Intermediate proficiency in Change Management practices
