We're looking to add a Analyst, Finance (Transformation) in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.

As an Analyst, Finance (Transformation) you will:

Support delivery of finance transformation and operational improvement initiatives across the Group. Participate in finance-related projects such as automation, digitalization, process enhancements, system improvements and new business initiative. This role assists in project tracking, documentation, data analysis, testing and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Support project planning, scheduling and status tracking
• Maintain project documentation, trackers and issue logs
• Assist in process mapping and SOP documentation
• Support feasibility studies, ROI review, system implementation activities, including data preparation and validation
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), test case preparation and defects tracking
• Prepare project reports and dashboards
• Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and liaise with stakeholders and vendors
• Support training and change management activities
• Support preparation of business cases for new business opportunities and strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with insurance broker to optimise Group insurance policy coverage and manage the policy renewals
• Any other ad-hoc Group financial analysis and projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in finance, audit or project support role
• Strong understanding of finance processes and reporting cycles
• Experience supporting system or process projects is an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Independent worker with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Meticulous with keen attention to detail
• Strong organization skills and learning agility
• Flexible and willing to support other areas of Finance when necessary
