Analyst, ESG
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and deliver scheduled reports for both internal and external clients
- Work with data to deliver analysis and insights
- Develop tools to drive productivity gains, process improvements and further ESG integration
- Participate in engagement with corporates
- Assist in ESG integration work with the investment teams
- Conduct ESG-focused research, including industry trends and other thematic analysis.
Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of studies, such as sustainable finance, computer/data science, or related disciplines.
- Strong interest in ESG with familiarity in key ESG concepts; understanding of investment principles is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Power Query; knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Experience with ESG metrics and data platforms (e.g., MSCI ESG Manager, Glass Lewis) is an advantage.
- Skilled in managing and manipulating large datasets with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to translate complex, fragmented data into actionable insights for decision-making.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and detail-focused, with clear and structured thinking.
- Strong analytical skills to comprehend, synthesize, and summarize information effectively.
- Creative problem-solver, capable of working independently and collaborating across teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
