Job Description

Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis

  • Assist in the analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

  • Support data gathering and documentation efforts in collaboration with various departments.

  • Help map out workflows and translate operational requirements into clear process documentation.

Project Support

  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of digital transformation projects to ensure timely delivery.

  • Monitor project timelines, action items, and follow-ups to support overall project management efforts.

  • Prepare project status updates, meeting notes, and progress reports for internal stakeholders.

Change Management

  • Support the rollout of new processes and systems by coordinating communications and training materials.

  • Assist in stakeholder engagement activities to facilitate smooth adoption of change initiatives.

Technology & Systems

  • Assist in evaluating technology solutions that support business transformation objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration of new tools and systems into existing workflows.

  • Maintain familiarity with internal platforms and identify opportunities for automation or process improvement.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, organise, and analyse data to support the measurement of transformation initiative outcomes.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

Documentation

  • Document business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately and comprehensively.

  • Maintain and update process documentation to reflect changes resulting from improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to the development of process maps and reference materials for cross-functional use.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Prior internship or project experience in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for process improvement.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Technology Proficiency

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Familiarity with project management or process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Jira, or equivalent) is a plus.

  • Exposure to data analytics tools, automation platforms, or process improvement methodologies (CI, LEAN, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
