Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analyst to join our team to support the Senior Portfolio Manager in managing sophisticated financial market strategies. The ideal candidate will have solid experience across Developed Markets (DM) and Asia markets, with strong expertise in Asset/Liability Management (ALM) desks and short-term interest rate (STIR) trading.

Key Responsibilities:

. Provide analytical and operational support to the Senior Portfolio Manager.

. Monitor and analyze financial markets, with a focus on Developed Markets and Asia markets.

. Assist in trading and risk management activities related to ALM desk strategies.

. Execute and manage trades involving STIR products.

. Conduct detailed analysis and pricing of key products including Repo, FX forwards, Interest Rate Swaps, and Currency Basis swaps.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth trade execution and settlement.

. Prepare regular market reports and performance analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

. 5 to 7 years of professional experience in financial markets with exposure to Developed and Asia markets.

. Proven experience working on ALM desks and STIR trading.

. Strong product knowledge including:

o Repo transactions

o FX forwards

o Interest Rate Swaps

o Currency basis swaps

. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.

. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.

. Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline advanced qualifications (FRM, PRM, CFA) are a plus.
