Job Description

Join JLL's Capital Markets team in Singapore as an Analyst! This is a full-time role that offers broad exposure to capital markets fundamentals through hands-on experience with diverse property sectors and cross-border investment strategies across the Asia Pacific region.

What this job involves:

As an Analyst, you'll work directly within our Capital Markets team while gaining valuable experience across various service lines and markets throughout APAC. This multi-faceted approach will build your understanding of regional commercial real estate investment, cross-border advisory services, and market dynamics across different property sectors and countries.

Key Areas of Exposure:

For 2 years, you'll gain experience across four core service lines operating across APAC markets:

  • Office: Learn about office investment strategies across key APAC cities, cross-border tenant advisory, and workspace market analysis
  • Equity Advisory: Develop skills in investment structuring, portfolio management, and equity transactions involving regional and international capital flows
  • Data Centres: Understand this rapidly growing sector across APAC including infrastructure requirements, investment criteria, and market drivers in key technology hubs
  • Energy & Infrastructure: Gain exposure to renewable energy projects, infrastructure investments, and sustainability-focused transactions across the region

You'll typically spend approximately 6 months gaining experience in each area, though assignments may vary based on business needs, regional market opportunities, and your development progress

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior team members on live transactions and client assignments across APAC markets
  • Conduct market research and financial analysis across different property sectors and countries
  • Prepare client presentations, investment memoranda, and regional market reports
  • Assist with due diligence processes and cross-border transaction management
  • Build relationships with regional clients, international investors, and industry professionals across APAC
  • Support business development activities and client meetings across the region

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Commercial awareness, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
  • Genuine interest in commercial real estate and APAC markets
  • Cultural adaptability and comfort working in diverse, multi-cultural environments
