Job Description

  • Support senior members by attending meetings and creating meeting memos on the new fund investment.
  • Due diligence (review/amend/execute legal documents), KYC (facilitate mutual KYC checks) and prior compliance checks with support from senior members.
  • Assist in preparation of presentations & internal applications.
  • Liaise with internal/external legal and accounting/tax advisors.
  • Support senior members by organizing the list of startups, attending meetings to support referral and business matching initiatives.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling for client companies, including valuation, merger/acquisition scenarios, and capital raising transactions.
  • Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials to support client meetings and business development.
  • Perform industry and company research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to transactions.
  • Assist in the due diligence process, including data collection, analysis, and coordination with clients and other advisors.
  • Prepare and review credit application for loan transactions.
  • Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams (legal, compliance, risk, etc.) to ensure smooth transaction execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handling day-to-day operations, e.g. distribution or capital call notice from Funds.
  • Preparation/submission of required regular reporting (monthly/quarterly/yearly) based on Head office/Singapore branch instructions.
  • Attend result meetings with PE Fund and review/analyze Fund performance.
  • Support senior members in preparing quarterly account plan review for the management.
  • Closure of PE Fund in the system at the end of commitment term.
  • To meet the Section's goals in internal control by coordinating section's compliance requirements, operational risk mitigation and various reporting tasks.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-5 years of professional work experience in banking/fund investment/private equity funds preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of fund investment and wholesale commercial banking business.
  • Basic financial analysis skills.
  • Self-motivated, results focused, team player with strong learning agility.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous banking, fund investment or private equity experience preferred.
