Analyst/Associate (Business Management | Deals)

We are looking for candidates for this full time role. An internship prior to full time employment is also possible. This is open to both locals and foreigners.

Experience

This is a full-time opportunity for a candidate to experience business management and deal related activities in an investment banking setting. The candidate will be working with the team on business management activities which will include day-to-day tasks such as financial accounting/bookkeeping, conducting research, preparing marketing materials, financial statement and financial analyses. They will work closely with other team members on data and financial analyses, due diligence activities, the creation of transaction materials, project management and all business management matters (including certain operational and administrative matters). There will be exposure to the full deal cycle and getting involved in aspects of deals.

Requirements

1. Bachelors or Masters in Accountancy
2. Some experience in financial accounting
3. Interest in Investment Banking
