Job Description
This job entails supporting the relationship managers for operational/co-ordination required by customers under Singapore Corporate Banking Non-Japanese Department and across various internal bank functions. This will include supporting the relationship managers through systems management and general operations of accounts.
-Provide client service support including assisting on onboarding new clients (KYC, account openings), AML matters and remittance.
-Provide administrative support including expense reimbursement and submission of applications for client entertainment etc.
-Establish and maintain good relationship with various internal stakeholders to ensure client requests to be handled timely and smoothly.
Job Requirements
-1-3 years of professional work experience in banking industry is preferred.
-Self-motivated, results focused, & a team player with strong learning agility.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and detail-oriented.
