Job Responsibilities
- This job entails supporting the relationship managers for operational/co-ordination required by customers under Singapore Corporate Banking Japanese Department and across various internal bank functions. This will include supporting the relationship managers through systems management and general operations of accounts.
- Provide client service support including assisting on onboarding new clients (KYC, account openings), AML matters and remittance.
- Provide administrative support including expense reimbursement and submission of applications for client entertainment etc.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with various internal stakeholders to ensure client requests to be handled timely and smoothly.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree with at least one to three years of relevant experience with exposure to Corporate Banking, especially for large listed corporations and/or commodity/energy/food and agriculture sectors.
- Product knowledge in Corporate banking products such as Loans, Transaction banking products, Treasury FX required.
- Product knowledge in securities and asset management will be advantageous.
- High levels of influencing skills with strong credit and marketing skills.
