Analog and Mixed Signal Design Engineer -Singapore

Team Introduction The Server Silicon Design and Application Team drives cutting-edge innovation by designing, developing, and producing CPUs for data center servers. With a combination of engineers, researchers, and specialists, the team focuses on creating chips that are high-performance, energy-efficient, and highly reliable, powering a wide range of electronic devices and systems. Responsibilities 1. Lead analog design of complex IPs for SoC 2. Determine best solution for the product 3. Conduct design from definition to product in advanced process nodes. 4. Design PLLADC/DACDC/DC LDO, Amplifier, Reference generator, Temp sensor, Voltage monitor, Power detector.

Minimum Qualifications 1. MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience. 2. 5 years of experience in analog/ mixed signal design. 3. Experience in modeling and simulating complex systems. 4. Experience in IP design, for example PLLDC/DCLDO, Bandgap, Amplifier, ADC/DAC. 5. Experience in Cadence design tool. 6. Supervise Layout. Preferred Qualifications 1. Solid Knowledge of device physics. 2. Understand CPU enviroment and need for analog IPs.
