Your Mission
Monitor quality metrics and ensure processes and policies are compliant Help with new features and process implementation and training Interaction with internal teams from different areas and countries and with external partners.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Bring market practice for negotiation strategies
- Support the process creation for new feature
- Help with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing plan and implementation
- Create support material for new processes and updates
- Perform quality control and act on process inconsistencies
- Onboard and train internal agents and outsourced teams
- Support daily activities of internal agents
- Help on outsourced management.
- Expected Results: oversees collection quality control, build and maintain support material for operation
Requirements:
What You Need to Take on This Challenge
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, and similar
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
- Intermediate/Advanced English (speaking, reading and writing)
- Experience in credit
- Ability to think strategically and get the job done
- Data-drive profile, being capable of dealing with complex models and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external
- stakeholders
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with outsourced teams and quality assurance is a plus.
