Anacle Functional Consultant


Job Description :
The Functional Consultant will be mainly responsible for providing application support and enhancements for Anacle Simplicity suite, working alone or a part of the application support team. This is a full-time role. He will be responsible for understanding client needs and recommending solutions based on those needs. He will be expected to lead design sessions, document your proposed solutions, and participate in system testing to ensure the delivery of a quality solution. While this role is primarily functional, it requires application knowledge of Anacle Simplicity to ensure the feasibility of recommended solutions and to successfully interact with the technical team.
Asset Management product experience and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role. He must be comfortable leading design workshops and writing high-quality documents.

Responsibilities:

1. Executes requirement discovery workshops and documents requirements gaps.
2. Understands client's business processes and how they map to the predefined Anacle Simplicity processes.
3. Collaborates with Technical Consultants and Analysts to ensure the deliverables and schedules are achieved.
4. Develops long term relationships with clients through interpreting and managing their requirements.
5. Design Anacle solutions for work, asset, and inventory management tailored to client needs.
6. Assist in data cleansing, preparation for migration, and post-migration validation.
7. Validate technical solutions to ensure completeness before client delivery.
8. Ability to conduct internal functional testing and user acceptance testing with customers.
9. Assist in developing training materials, and conduct training sessions.
10. Provide application support for business end users and manage L1/L2 issues.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in the IT industry
At least 3 years of experience in working with Asset management solutions like Anacle /Maximo.
Must have completed at least ONE (1) end to end project implementation of EAM solution like Anacle /Maximo
Hands on experience in implementation/support of Anacle Simplicity is preferred.
Any certifications / training in Anacle or any EAM solution is preferred.
Good knowledge of asset management process and practice in asset intensive industries.
Good presentation skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic working environment.
