What You'll Do
- Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Use proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure consistent quality
- Process customer orders accurately and handle payments
- Deliver the full AMPS TEA experience as a brand ambassador
- Follow operational policies, procedures, and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness in your work area and ensure equipment is well-kept
- Monitor tea inventory, restock supplies, and assist with deliveries
Who We're Looking For
- Passionate, responsible, and self-motivated individuals
- Experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B role is an advantage (but not required)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- A strong team player who thrives on collaboration
