Responsibilities:
Monitor the performance and health of assigned AMHS equipment and identify abnormalities early.
Schedule and carry out preventive maintenance to keep systems operating reliably.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related equipment issues.
Apply structured problem‑solving to identify root causes and implement long‑term corrective actions.
Perform quality workmanship during repairs and verify functionality through post‑maintenance checks.
Support equipment installations, relocations, calibrations, and system upgrades.
Collaborate with equipment engineers, Shift Operations, and tool vendors to maintain and improve system uptime.
Create, review, and update maintenance procedures, work instructions, and checklists.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and performance documentation.
Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, lessons learned, and proactive maintenance enhancements.
Contribute to improving uptime, reliability, and workflow efficiency across AMHS operations.
Requirements:
NITEC/Diploma in Mechatronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, fundamentals of electricity, and basic electronic components
Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot systems using schematics to component level
Intermediate PC skills with familiarity in MS Office Suite
Strong problem‑solving, time management, and prioritization skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Able to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision
Flexible with job responsibilities and shift assignments able to perform 12‑hour work shifts
Good communication and interpersonal skills
