Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including monthly salary processing, CPF contributions, etc.

. Assist in resume sourcing and interview coordination.

. Create and maintain staff records in the BIPO HR system.

. Perform daily HR administrative duties.

. Handle work pass-related matters.

. Submit government claims, such as GPML, CCL, etc.

. Carry out office administrative tasks.

. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

. A Diploma in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field is required.

. A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing is essential.

. Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.

. Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.

. Previous experience in a healthcare organization is advantageous.

. Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

. A team player who can also work independently.

. Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively.

. Demonstrates a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
