Job Description

Pick Network is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA). Pick connects Merchants, Marketplaces & Logistic Service providers with a seamless and secure islandwide network of 1,000 parcel locker stations located in HDB estates, Community Clubs, MRT stations and bus interchanges. Pick is a member of the Locker Alliance Network.

Job Responsibilities

This Assistant Manager / Senior Executive for Marketing & Communications (hybrid role) will be responsible for executing and implementing marketing and communication plans to drive Pick's brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention efforts. You will work with a team and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, public relations, events and content strategies. The incumbent will also play a critical role in the execution of our CRM App initiatives and in conducting market research analysis.

Requirements

  • Background in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Consumer Marketing, Digital marketing, Marketing communications.
  • Proven experience in executing marketing and communication campaigns, preferably in B2B ecommerce industries and/or B2C Go-to-market execution.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and present information effectively
  • Good project management, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize work and projects.
  • Good understanding of both mainstream and social media channels and trends, with a track record in developing and implementing integrated communications, content development, and marketing plans for consumer initiatives.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with tight deadlines, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Experience with website CMS (Content Management System) and web analytics tools is a plus
  • Experience in executing and implementing CRM initiatives, email marketing and market research analysis is a plus
  • Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies is a plus
  • Experience in Logistics and/or E-commerce industry is a plus
