AM/ M Treasury Advisory & Transformation

Brief Summary

We are looking for a seasoned treasury professional to lead transformative treasury initiatives and provide strategic advisory support across the Asia Pacific region. The role involves empowering decision-making through insightful analysis and fostering strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional business and finance teams to identify treasury-related requirements and challenges. Evaluate funding, liquidity, working capital, and financial risk management needs across the Asia Pacific entities. Review business proposals and strategic initiatives from a treasury perspective, providing actionable recommendations. Prepare analysis, presentations, and management documentation to facilitate informed decision-making. Act as a trusted advisor by translating complex treasury issues into clear, business-oriented solutions. Lead and support regional treasury transformation initiatives, focusing on standardization, centralization, and automation. Identify opportunities for improved efficiency, governance, and scalability within treasury processes. Implement treasury-related systems and process enhancements, evaluating new technologies and innovative work practices. Analyze treasury and finance-related issues to determine root causes and propose sustainable, scalable solutions. Use data analytics to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities, while recommending improvements to existing practices.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Assistant Manager: At least 5 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Banking, Corporate Finance, or related fields. Manager: Minimum 8 years of experience, with a preference for exposure to regional or cross-border activities. Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of treasury, banking, corporate finance, liquidity, and financial risk management concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Experience in project management and business transformation initiatives. Proficient in developing business cases and management recommendations. Excellent presentation, communication, and business writing skills. Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
