We are supporting a prominent Pan-Asian group in their search for a Legal & Compliance Assistant Manager. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to manage a diverse range of legal, compliance, and risk matters across high-growth markets in Asia. As part of a collaborative legal team, you will be responsible for overseeing M&As, joint ventures, investments, corporate agreements, regulatory compliance, and listing matters.
Requirements:
You are qualified in Singapore or Malaysia, hold a valid work visa for Singapore, and have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate, commercial, or capital markets law, gained either in private practice or in-house. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders. Additionally, you demonstrate a positive attitude towards work and a strong willingness to learn on the job.
