Job Summary
You will prepare and manage cost estimations and contractual documentation for private and government projects, ensuring accurate financial control and supporting dispute resolution to drive project success.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed cost estimates for tenders and contracts to secure private and government projects
- Manage contractual communications and negotiations with clients and subcontractors to ensure compliance and clarity
- Prepare accurate quotations, progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements to maintain financial accuracy
- Support the project team in resolving contractual disputes to minimize project risks and delays
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight timelines and quality standards
- Apply knowledge of aluminium profiles to inform cost and contract decisions effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or degree in civil or mechanical engineering
- Minimum of 3 years quantity surveying experience in aluminium facade, windows, and doors projects
- Familiarity with aluminium profiles
