About the Role
You will:

- Collaborate with traders to translate research into actionable positions or algorithmic signals.
- Develop frameworks for evaluating project quality, competitive positioning, and valuation.
- Engage with founders, investors, and market participants to stay ahead of emerging trends.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in crypto research, venture investing, or digital asset analysis.
- Proven ability to produce research that influences capital allocation or trading outcomes.
- Deep understanding of tokenomics, project fundamentals, and market narratives across L1, L2, and DeFi.
- Strong network within the crypto ecosystem.
- Ability to bridge qualitative insights and quantitative metrics into clear investment theses.
