Role Overview:
Quantum Infotech is seeking an accomplished and strategic Alliance & Partner Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in driving growth through strong alliances and partnerships across the region. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with deep industry connections and a proven ability to build, nurture, and scale partner ecosystems that deliver measurable business impact
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Strengthen Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key partners, including resellers, implementation partners, and strategic alliances
- Drive Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with partners to design and execute joint business plans that align with growth objectives and market priorities
- Pipeline Management: Monitor and optimize partner-related pipeline to ensure consistent revenue contribution and forecast accuracy
- Market Expansion: Leverage partnerships to accelerate business growth across the region, introducing innovative solutions and services
- Communication & Enablement: Maintain transparent communication channels and provide partners with the tools, training, and resources needed for success
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen market position.
Qualifications& Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in partner management, enterprise sales, or related roles within the IT Services or technology ecosystem
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Industry Connections: Strong relationships with leading OEMs such as Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Dell, HPE and others
- Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills ability to influence at senior levels and work collaboratively across functions
- Knowledge: Broad understanding of IT solutions, cloud services, and emerging technologies
- Attributes: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
