Job Description

Role Summary

The C&B Senior Specialist will focus on the design, implementation, and optimization of employee benefit programs across our international regions. You will act as the regional subject matter expert, ensuring that our benefit offerings remain market-competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with our global total rewards philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Benefits Management: Lead the day-to-day administration and lifecycle management of regional benefit programs (including health insurance, retirement plans/pension, and wellness initiatives).
  • Market Intelligence & Compliance: Monitor local statutory requirements and market trends in assigned regions; conduct benchmarking to ensure benefit packages are competitive and compliant.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with regional insurance brokers, benefit providers, and third-party vendors. Oversee service delivery performance and cost efficiency.
  • Policy & Process Optimization: Participate in the review and localization of global benefit policies. Streamline operational workflows to improve the employee experience and administrative efficiency.
  • Project Support: Support in global/regional compensation and benefits projects, including annual renewals, benefit harmonization efforts, and tax-optimization initiatives.
  • HRBP Advisory: Provide technical guidance and expert support to HR Business Partners regarding benefit escalations, complex queries, and employee total rewards communications.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 5+ years of relevant experience in C&B, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on regional or global employee benefits management within a multinational corporation (MNC).
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record in managing diverse benefit landscapes (e.g., medical, pension, life insurance, and statutory benefits) across multiple countries.
  • Data-Driven: Proficient in data analysis and modeling; capable of translating regional benefit data into actionable insights for management.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex project timelines and vendor service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Soft Skills: Critical thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
  • Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves communication with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Preferred Background: Prior experience in Tech/E-commerce sectors or Consulting/Professional Services firms is a significant plus.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Singapore or be eligible for the relevant work pass under MOM requirments.
