- Design and implement performant, production-grade algorithms

Qualifications:
- Strong grounding in algorithms and data structures
- Proven track record of delivering optimized, maintainable production code
- Clear and disciplined communication in technical and collaborative settings
- Proficiency in C++, Rust, Go, or Python
- Solid engineering discipline with focus on reviews, testing, and monitoring
- Experience with low-latency or streaming systems
