Algorithm Research: Responsible for the innovative design and implementation of visual algorithms aimed at practical business application, maintaining a leading edge in both academia and industry.
Project Support: Support, drive, and lead one or more projects by completing requirement modeling, framework design, model iteration, and technology accumulation.
Platform Development: Develop and manage the necessary tools and algorithms platforms, assisting in comprehensively improving the accuracy, performance, and data generalization of deployed models.
Industry and Productization: Gradually summarize industry insights from projects, refine them into products, and achieve the true integration of algorithms into practical applications.
Job Requirement:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Coursework Foundation: Solid understanding of computer vision, pattern recognition, machine learning, deep learning, and computer graphics.
Research Focus: Familiar with common visual fields and have conducted in-depth research in some of them, including detection, segmentation, key points, classification, OCR 3D key points, 3D reconstruction, multimodal large models, etc.
Programming and Tools: Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C/C++ or Python familiar with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc., and have relevant development experience.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills excellent communication and teamwork abilities bold in breaking through and innovating in work passionate about solving challenging problem.
