Job Scope:
- Conduct training programmes on airline operations and customer service for students in MOE schools (mainly primary and secondary) across various locations in Singapore.
- Teach students about airline procedures, check-in processes, in-flight services, and hospitality standards.
- Facilitate interactive activities such as roleplays, simulations, and case studies to give students practical exposure to airline operations.
- Inspire students to develop professionalism, communication skills, and customer service excellence.
Job Requirements:
- Must be MOE eIRS / AMIS registered, or in the process of applying. (Kindly state this clearly in your application/resume)
- Relevant qualifications or industry experience in airline services, aviation, or hospitality management.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students in service-oriented skills.
- Self-motivated, patient, and able to work with children & teenagers.
- Available weekdays 8am-5pm.
