Your Responsibilities: -

Key Responsibilities - Warehouse Assistant

• Execute inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse operations accurately and efficiently to meet operational requirements.

• Receive and verify incoming goods against delivery documentation, ensuring accuracy in quantity and product specifications.

• Conduct quantity and quality inspections upon receipt and report any discrepancies or damages.

• Perform system receiving, put-away, labelling, and storage of goods in accordance with established procedures.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.

• Ensure all warehouse documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and picking lists, is properly maintained to meet GDP, GMP, and GDPMDS traceability requirements.

  Key Responsibilities - Class 4 Driver

• Perform timely collection and delivery of import, export, and local cargo in accordance with operational schedules.

• Verify cargo quantities, condition, and documentation prior to collection and delivery.

• Ensure proper handling, loading, unloading, and secure transportation of cargo to prevent damage or loss.

• Maintain accurate and complete transport documentation and records.

You will need: -

Requirements as Warehouse Assistant:

• Min 1 years in Warehouse setting
• Min GCE N Level
• Awareness of GDP, GMP, GDPMDS handling requirements will be an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel / Warehouse System).
• Forklift License preferred

Requirements as Class 4 Driver:

• Min. 1-2 years experience in similar field
• Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License
• Physical fit and able to carry loads
• Class 4 driver is required to drive 24ft truck.
