Airfreight Operation Executive (Customer Support)

Our client is a regional freight forwarding and logistics solutions provider. Due to business growth, they are recruiting a Air Operation Executive to support their air freight operations. They are located in Singapore (Central)- easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers on shipment inquiries

• Manage end-to-end airfreight operations (booking, tracking, coordination)

• Handle full sets of freight documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

• Proactively resolve shipment issues and communicate updates to customers

• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related field

• Minimum 3 years experience in freight forwarding operations (air freight).

• Strong hands-on experience in airfreight end-to-end operations

• CargoWise ERP experience is mandatory
