A leading global logistics company is seeking an Airfreight Forwarding Customer Service Senior Executive to manage end-to-end airfreight shipments and provide high-quality customer service support across import and export operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end airfreight shipments including booking, documentation, airline and ground handling coordination, import customs clearance, export processing, billing, and shipment completion
- Serve as the main customer contact for import and export shipments, providing timely updates, handling enquiries, and resolving operational issues
- Coordinate closely with airlines, ground handlers, trucking partners, and customs authorities to ensure smooth and compliant shipment execution
- Monitor shipment progress against SLA and KPI requirements, ensuring service standards are consistently met
- Take ownership of complex shipments and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, and customs-related issues
- Ensure accurate maintenance of shipment records, documentation, and reporting for operational and compliance purposes
- Escalate unresolved issues to management with clear follow-through and resolution tracking
Job Requirements:
- Min. GCE O'Level/ NITEC or equivalent qualification
- Min. 2 years of airfreight import and export operations experience
- Working knowledge of CargoWise system is required
