Key Responsibilities
. Act as the main point of contact for customers on airfreight inquiries
. Coordinate closely with customers on shipment requirements and updates
. Prepare and provide accurate quotations based on customer requests
. Follow up on quotations and support conversion to confirmed bookings
. Liaise with internal teams (operations, warehouse, accounts) for smooth execution
. Assist SOE in handling daily sales support and customer servicing tasks
. Monitor and update customers on shipment status when required
. Maintain proper records of quotations and customer communications
. Support ad-hoc duties assigned by SOE
Requirements
. Minimum 1-2 years experience in logistics / freight forwarding preferred
. Basic knowledge of airfreight processes and terminology
. Good communication and customer handling skills
. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Working Hours:
Mon to Fri 9am-6pm
Sat 9am - 1pm ( alternate sat after probation )
