Aircraft Support Technician – Up to $2.9K | No Exp Needed

Job Highlights:
Support aircraft maintenance operations in a hands-on environment. Ideal for candidates with warehouse experience looking to enter the aerospace industry with stable progression and benefits.

Salary and Benefits:

. Basic: $2,200 - $2,500/month

. + $250 shift allowance + $150 monthly performance allowance

. Gross up to $2,900 (before OT)

. AWS + completion bonus

. Annual increment

Working Shift:

. Rotating shift: 4-2-4-2 work pattern

. 6:30am - 4:15pm/4:00pm - 1:45am

. Door-to-door transport provided

Working Location:

. 11 Calshot Road

Key Responsibilities

. Support technicians in aircraft maintenance operations

. Prepare tools, equipment, and spare parts

. Load and unload aircraft parts(15-20kg)

. Manage stock and update inventory records

. Transport tools and parts within the facility

. Assist in engine receiving and movement

. Maintain cleanliness and organization (5S standards)

Requirements:

. Minimum 1 year warehouse /logistics experience

. Physically fit, as it includes manual work

. Able to commit to rotating shifts

. No technical or aerospace experience required (training provided)
