AIRCRAFT MRO TECHNICIAN ( MONTHLY GURANTEED BONUS + PERFORMANCE BONUS )

Job Summary:
Join a leading aerospace MRO company and take your technician career to new heights! This role offers competitive pay, bonuses, and a 4-day work week with rotating shifts. Suitable for candidates with experience in the aviation/aerospace sector.

Location: Calshot Road (Islandwide company transport provided)

Work Schedule:

• 4 days/week, rotating 8-hour shifts
  Morning: 6:30 AM - 4:15 PM
  Afternoon: 4:00 PM - 1:45 AM

Benefits:

• Basic Salary: $2,200 - $3,300 (depending on experience)
• Gross Salary: Up to $4,000++
• $250 Fixed monthly allowance
• 9% Salary Increment after completing 2 weeks of training

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft engine issues
• Disassemble, inspect, and maintain engine parts
• Conduct functional tests and ensure component performance standards
• Support the overall engine overhaul and repair process

Requirements:

.Candidates must have at least 2 years of working experience in the aerospace / aviation industry
.Minimum Nitec in related field
