Aircraft Leasing VP or SVP Technical x 2

We are recruiting for two leadingaircraft leasing firms which have openings for a VP or SVP Technical to join their technical team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Manage aircraft transitions, including budgeting, contractor oversight, customer liaison, and MRO control.

Negotiate technical aspects of LOIs and leases for new and used aircraft, ensuring robust asset protection.

Monitor and manage technical risks across the fleet, including maintenance planning and operational exposure.

Oversee technical relationships with airlines, MROs, and consultants to maintain optimal fleet condition.

Collaborate with marketing and trading teams on transaction analysis, structure, and execution.

Requirements

Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or FAA/EASA licence with at least 7+ years aircraft transition management experience.

Previous aircraft leasing experience is essential.

Strong knowledge of maintenance programmes, lease documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and negotiate technical lease terms effectively.
