We are partnered with a rapidly growing aircraft leasing platform that is looking to appoint a Contract Manager to its team in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone based in Singapore with aircraft leasing experience to join a busy, high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee contractual obligations across a portfolio of aircraft lease agreements and related transactions
- Support aircraft deliveries, returns, sales and other commercial events, preparing cps/checklists and ensuring contractual requirements are met throughout the process
- Maintain accurate lease and portfolio records, producing reporting and analysis to support business activities
- Manage customer receivables-related activities, working with internal teams and external counterparties where required
- Assist with letters of credit, compliance projects and other cross-functional initiatives linked to portfolio administration
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Bachelor's degree
- Confident communicator capable of engaging with a range of stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience working with databases or document management systems
- At least 3 years of relevant contracts or asset management experience within the Aviation industry.
