Aircon Lead Technician

Perform advance diagnosis on complex electrical and mechanical faults.

Handle critical refrigerant management and system testing.
Supervise and guide junior technician in daily tasks.
Assign work schedules and manage job distribution across the crew.
Train team members on industry best practices and site safety rules.
Maintain details service logs, maintenance records, and compliance reports.
Coordinate directly with facilities managers or clients regarding system health and repair choices.
Manage tools inventory and request necessary replacement parts.
