Job Description: 

Major Responsibilities: 

Assist the lead engineers in planning and executing projects, including managing internal and external (customer) communications.  

• Support the preparation of modules, coordinate testing arrangements, and conduct analysis.  

• Collaborate closely with the lead engineers to identify and implement necessary countermeasures to meet target requirements and validate them through testing.  

• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for internal discussions and customer presentations. 

Key Competencies:  

• Strong understanding of engineering mechanics, numerical simulation, and experimental methodologies.  

• Proven ability to work effectively in teams, with strong communication and assertiveness skills.  

• Full professional proficiency in Japanese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
