The QuickSTAT Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist is responsible for aiding and assisting clients in all phases of consignment preparation. Handling, coordinating and monitoring all QuickSTAT Client and Operational activities within Asia Pacific ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.Handle, coordinate and monitor all QuickSTAT live network activities ensuring adherence to agreed rate structures and pricing policies. To work collaboratively with Client Account Management, Sales, other control stations, and LSPs to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

How you create impact

  • Answering the phone in a professional and timely manner (within 3 rings) and forwarding calls to the relevant personnel.
  • Taking messages and passing all relevant information to the absence of the call recipient.
  • Processing of consignment orders from clients via email, telephone and via Quick's online booking portal Quickonline, (which includes routing, classifying of service type and establishing a deadline).
  • Managing the green light approval process.
  • Generating Customer Daily Status Reports to provide clients with daily up to date status information of live and pending consignments.
  • To assist in providing clients with continuous status notifications and performing the necessary follow-up's (which includes relaying details pertaining to flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, additional charges, resolutions, etc).
  • Monitoring and actioning of emails via the shared Customer Service/Control Group mailbox.
  • Calculating and arranging the positioning of suitable temperature-controlled packaging & logger supplies.
  • Monitoring and actioning of special alarms (SPA's) via Quick Track.
  • Send shipment pre-alerts and arrival notifications inter office and to clients where necessary within Asia Pacific.
  • Follow-up closely with internal and external stakeholders to rectify service issues.
  • Attend to queries from operations and other control stations pertaining to milestone updates, service deviations and other events within Asia Pacific (except Australia, New Zealand).
  • Escalate service issues to management.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients.
  • Working in conjunction with the pricing team to provide clients with requested quotations in a timely manner.
  • Providing assistance to and working alongside Customer Relationship Managers to ensure client satisfaction and prompt actioning of client bookings & enquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • To, on a daily basis, ensure Network / Vendor partner compliance to all agreed company policies, procedures and pricing structures.
  • Flexibility within the job role to work additional hours if necessary.
  • Effective communication with all staff and cooperation within the senior management team.

What we would like you to bring

  • 1-5 years of freight industry experience (air freight is welcome, ideally life science/healthcare logistics).
  • Fresh graduates with willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort in customer-facing roles.
  • High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
