Air Import Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate with origin network
• Complying on shipment event / milestone update in CW1
• Receive and process nomination and local customer booking and provide flight details
• Arrange collection / Delivery with transporter
• Sending Pre-alert to customer
• Declare Import / Export permit
• Process invoices and generate DO
• Communicate with warehouse staff for import transfer
• Other ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in the logistics / freight forwarding industry
• Minimum GCE O level education
• Proficient in MS Officer with Tradenet experienced preferred
• Meticulous and accurate with a positive attitude and able to multi-task
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
