Coordinate and manage end-to-end air import shipment operations from cargo arrival to final delivery
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely cargo clearance, permit declaration, and delivery arrangements
Liaise closely with airlines, customers, overseas agents, customs brokers, transport providers, and internal departments on shipment coordination and operational matters
Prepare, verify, and process import-related documentation including Air Waybills (AWB), manifests, permits, invoices, and delivery orders
Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations, aviation security requirements, and company SOPs
Handle shipment discrepancies, delays, damages, or operational issues and provide timely resolution and updates to customers
Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and delivery execution
Maintain accurate operational records, shipment data, and system updates in a timely manner
Support customers on shipment inquiries, tracking, and service-related matters to ensure high customer satisfaction
Assist in monitoring operational KPI performance and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department
Requirements:
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline and above
Minimum 2 years of experience in air freight import operations or freight forwarding industry
Knowledge of Singapore Customs procedures and air import documentation processes
Familiarity with freight forwarding systems, or related logistics platforms is an advantage
Good understanding of airfreight operational workflow and shipment coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments concurrently
