Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing and executing baggage handling operations across the Control Centre, Departure, Deployment, or Arrival team. Key duties include:
- Monitoring and disseminating real-time flight and baggage information.
- Allocating duties and deploying baggage staff and motorized equipment.
- Supervising baggage operations at Departure and Arrival racetracks, including timely loading/unloading.
- Ensuring proper container/trolley setup, baggage documentation, and compliance with security requirements.
- Handling interline and transfer baggage, including coordination for tight connection flights.
- Investigating and reporting baggage mishandling or irregularities.
- Liaising with Load Control, ground handlers, and internal teams for operational updates.
Key Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Comfortable with shift work
