Air Freight Operations Executive (Key Account Support)

Our client is a well-established international logistics and transportation company with a global presence, providing customized freight and logistics solutions to customers worldwide. They are located in East.

Job Scope

• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end shipment process for customers.
• Plan and arrange cargo space, monitor flight uplift status, and follow up on potential delays.
• Liaise with customers, destination offices, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and service failures.
• Prepare and maintain operational and KPI reports for customers.

Requirements

• Strong coordination and organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with logistics systems such as CW1 or other related systems.
