Air Freight Operations Executive | 6 Months Contract - RPAN

Our client is a well-established international logistics and transportation company with a global presence, providing customized freight and logistics solutions to customers worldwide. They are located in East.

Job Scope

• Handle day-to-day air freight operations, including shipment bookings and coordination with airlines.
• Prepare and process Air Waybills (AWB) and Master Air Waybills (MAWB) accurately according to customer requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up with airlines to resolve delays or operational issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of shipment documentation and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, airlines and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in air freight, freight forwarding or logistics operations, with hands-on AWB/MAWB experience.
• Familiarity with CargoWise and airline booking platforms will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
