• Position : Air Freight Operations Assistant (Import/Export)
• Location : Changi Cargo ( Direct bus from Tampines East MRT/Pasir Ris)
• Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm, Alternate Saturday 9am-1pm after probation Salary(commensurate on experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 12 days Annual leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Logistics / Freight Forwarding

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day airfreight export and import operations
• Coordinate with airlines, agents, transporters, and customs
• Prepare documents such as AWB, export/import permits, and declarations
• Monitor cargo movements and ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with customers and vendors on shipment status
• Manage shipment bookings and space arrangements
• Ensure compliance with DG (Dangerous Goods) and airfreight regulations
  

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in airfreight operations (import/export)
• Knowledge of airfreight documentation and customs procedures
