- Manage end-to-end import/export operations, including drafting HBL/HAWB, MBL/MAWB, manifesting, billing, cost entry, shipment tracking, and pre-alerts to overseas counterparts.
- Accurately prepare key export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, B/L, AWB, C/O, L/C, and other required shipping forms.
- Coordinate shipping arrangements with customers, agents, subcontractors, port operators, and trucking companies both locally and overseas.
- Oversee daily export activities and ensure timely delivery execution.
- Maintain and update customer contact information to support service excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to strengthen sea freight procedures, compliance, and service quality.
- Respond to customer enquiries from local and international clients promptly.
- Complete profit and loss (P&L) statements within the required timeframe.
- Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, releasing, and labeling of goods.
- Adhere to customer requirements and internal SOPs.
- Liaise closely with sales to communicate updates or issues, especially for air freight matters.
- Ensure declarations to carriers or co-loaders are submitted accurately and promptly.
- Take on other tasks assigned by Management when needed.
