Roles & Responsibilities
- Offer and propose freight solutions to customers.
- Receive and arrange air export shipment bookings from customers.
- Coordinate shipment flow: Arrange pickup.
Book flights with carriers.
Manage warehouse logistics.
- Monitor shipment status: Check departure and status of booked flights.
Handle recovery processes if necessary.
- Respond to customer and overseas agent queries regarding shipment bookings and rates.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
Experience: No prior experience required training will be provided.
