Air Freight Commercial & Procurement Manager (MNC / Central Area)

Pricing & Procurement
. Manage air freight pricing including spot quotations, tariff rates, and contract pricing
. Lead airline rate procurement to ensure competitive and market-aligned pricing
. Negotiate rates, space allocations, and capacity commitments with airlines, GSAs, and partners
. Optimise pricing structures to maximise profitability and margins

Business Development, Commercial Support & RFQ Management
. Identify and develop new business opportunities through analysis of market freight data and pricing strategies
. Drive customer acquisition through proactive and competitive pricing solutions
. Lead and support RFQs, tenders, and bidding processes for both new and existing accounts
. Work closely with Sales teams to strengthen pricing strategies and improve win rates
. Deliver timely pricing support aligned with customer and business requirements

Market Intelligence & Analysis
. Monitor market trends, rate movements, and competitor pricing
. Identify opportunities to improve pricing competitiveness
. Maintain visibility of airline costs, routes, and capacity conditions

Carrier Management & Coordination
. Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, GSAs, and strategic partners
. Communicate updates on surcharges, market changes, and carrier notices
. Optimise load planning and space utilisation based on daily allocations

Internal Collaboration & Compliance
. Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and overseas offices to align pricing strategies
. Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and approval processes
. Maintain and update pricing systems, databases, and tools for efficiency
. Support resolution of customer escalations related to pricing and capacity issues
