Air Export Operations Assistant / Officer

This position is responsible for the Air Export operations and support internal department to meet customer satisfaction.

Job Description

-Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters

-Process Shipping Document and execute AWBs

-Ensure accurate input of dimension, weight , rates and other data into system

-Perform check and verification of compliance for DG and Temperature Control cargo

-Send pre-alerts to overseas destination

-Monitor consol cut-off and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipment

Pre-Requisite of candidate:

-Must be PC-liberate and comfortable using or learning software

-Must be a Team Player and able to work independently

-Must be careful, meticulous and self motivated

-Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work

-At least 1-2 years of working experience.

-Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be advantageous if have

-Shift operation Job

5 days work week (rotating off day either Saturday or Monday)

Afternoon shift (1500 - 0030),

Night shift (1800 - 0330)
