Job Scopes:

• Prepare and propose air freight quotations and solutions tailored to customer requirements
• Coordinate with airlines on freight rates, space availability, and booking arrangements
• Communicate with customers regarding export shipment instructions and booking updates
• Liaise with external vendors such as DG specialists, fumigation providers, and marine insurance companies
• Prepare job sheets and hand over shipment details to the Operations team for execution
• Monitor shipment status and ensure successful uplift and delivery schedules
• Perform job costing and ensure accuracy of shipment-related charges
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipment issues or operational challenges when they arise
