Maintenance Technician (Air-Conditioning) - Night Shift
Location: Alexandra North (Central)
5 Days :Mon-Fri | 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Salary : $3000 - $3500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently.
- Attend to urgent repairs involving air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary works.
- Perform routine inspections and general upkeep of building facilities.
- Supervise contractors for repair and rectification works.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain work records, reports, and cost control.
- Guide and support maintenance technicians and assist with ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma with 3 years relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance or construction environments.
- Valid Class 2B or Class 3 license with own transport
