Air Cargo Officer (Urgent)

. Location: Expo
. Gross Salary: $2,700 - $3,100/month
. Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am - 12:30pm
. AWS & Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:
. Coordinate cargo arrival and clearance
. Monitor shipment status and update customers
. Handle customer inquiries and complaints
. Prepare import permit declarations
. Arrange delivery orders and coordinate cargo delivery
. Support warehouse operations and documentation
. Billing and customer service support

Requirements:
. Relevant Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
. Minimum 1 year experience in Air Freight Forwarding
. Knowledge of MAWB/HAWB, permits & customs clearance is an advantage
. CargoWise experience is a plus
